Triad Business Journal Leaders in Diversity 2022

Triad Business Journal gathered on June 23 to recognize the contributions of this region’s Leaders in Diversity, a group that is championing efforts to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in workplaces, across the community and beyond. This marks the second year of TBJ’s Leaders in Diversity Awards, and this year we’ve added an event component. It’s more important now that ever to recognize successes in this arena, and the individuals leading them, to ensure employers are evaluating DEI’s strategic benefits.

This event, along with a section featuring the winners, will provide access and practical insights on how to move DEI forward in your organization and what those efforts can mean for your operational success. This year’s honorees include five employers from the life sciences, health care, construction and nonprofits sectors, as well as nine individuals working in the financial, health care, legal and philanthropic arenas.
